The Client(s) acknowledges that when the NCIC is invited to act on behalf of the Client in matters other than those described in this Agreement, due to a substantial change in the Client`s circumstances or material facts that were not disclosed at the beginning of the application or a change in government legislation with respect to the processing of immigration applications; the agreement may be amended by mutual agreement accordingly. 16.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes all agreements, understandings, prior warranties, assurances, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the Parties, except as expressly provided. 11.1 This Agreement shall be deemed terminated when the tasks referred to in Section 2 of this Agreement are completed.
