To host application server licenses with License Mobility through Software Assurance, you must be an authorized License Mobility partner. Enterprise-wide Open Value and Open Value Subscription are commitment-based agreements for commercial and government organizations that want to obtain an organization-wide license over a period of a year or two. Software Assurance is included. Partners must work with Microsoft`s authorized distributors to sell licenses and subscriptions through open agreements. You must also be an AER to be able to sell licenses through Open License for Academic and Open Value Subscription for Education Solutions. You must be a Microsoft Licensing Solutions (LSP) provider to sell licenses and subscriptions through Microsoft Enterprise agreements and registrations. You must be a Licensing Solutions partner to sell licenses and subscriptions through MPSA. You must also be a Microsoft Authorized Educational Reseller (AER) to sell licenses through MPSA for Academic. *This retreat does not apply to Select Plus public and academic agreements or when the MPSA is not available on July 1, 2016. Isv Royalty Agreements (ISVRs) have a three-year term and payment is made monthly through an authorized distributor of ISV Royalty licensing programs. MOSA is the best option for organizations that subscribe, activate, provide and maintain cloud services smoothly and directly over the Internet through the Online Subscription Program (MOSP).
