(b) any payment of a given annual leave is a separate written agreement between the worker and the manager; All SWS salary assessment agreements must be agreed and signed by staff and the institute. If a union interested in this agreement is not involved in the evaluation, the assessment is referred to the union by the Fair Labour Commission by certified mail and the agreement enters into force, unless an objection is communicated to the Fair Work Commission within ten working days. 33.7 For part-time workers, normal hours are the hours and days included in the worker`s part-time work agreement. 42.10 Part-time contracts may be audited at any time by the head of the school if the requirements of the company can significantly affect the viability of the agreement or if the worker requires it. 69.8 If a clause in this agreement provides for a substantial change in production, program, organization, structure or technology in relation to the company of the establishment, the requirements of clauses 69.2 a, 69.3 and 69.5 do not apply. 42.4 The provisions relating to part-time work are defined in a part-time work agreement that includes the worker`s regular working hours, the duration of the agreement and the terms of the specific arrangements necessary to facilitate part-time work. All SWS wage calculation agreements under the terms of this clause, including the corresponding percentage of the rate payable to the worker, are submitted by the Institute to the Fair Work Commission. 65.3 Formal performance measures are defined by a meeting at which expected performance standards are agreed and documented. Expected performance standards will be consistent with the corresponding SPG work level standard and will take into account the employee`s PDR plan. If it is not possible to reach an agreement on the expected performance standards, the director sets the expected performance standards. 1.1 This agreement is called the Australian Institute of Family Studies Enterprise Agreement 2017 and applies in accordance with Part 2-4 of the Fair Work Act 2009. 35.1 A business manager may, if essential work requirements require, lead a worker or group of workers to re-attend normal hours for a certain period of time or to a local agreement to temporarily change the sliding schedules.
